I began my career at LVMH as part of the first cohort of SPRING, the Group’s first graduate program. From there, I gained hands-on experience across multiple Maisons, including Celine and Louis Vuitton, working across retail excellence, client experience, business transformation, and innovation.

I later joined the LVMH AI team, working at the intersection of technology, business, and luxury, before leaving the Group to pursue an entrepreneurial path.

Today, I help ambitious students and graduates break into the luxury industry with more clarity, strategy, and confidence, helping them understand the industry’s codes, sharpen their applications, and tell their story in a way that feels credible and relevant.

  • Italian by origin, I moved from Milan to the UK at 15 and have been on the go ever since. After spending most of my academic years in London, I lived a fast-paced year in New York before landing in Paris — officially making all four fashion capitals part of my story.

    I’m a serial planner with a soft spot for to-do lists, and a proud FOMO victim — so you’ll rarely catch me missing a good aperitivo with friends or a networking event.

    I love making new connections, learning from successful people, and gaining fresh perspectives wherever I go.

  • From boarding school at Haileybury College to studying Management & Computer Science at UCL, I’ve always gravitated toward learning that blends business, creativity, and problem-solving.

    I continued with a Master’s in Management at London Business School and took a deep dive into Blockchain and Digital Currencies during an exchange at NYU Stern School of Business.

    I’m endlessly curious and always looking to expand my mind — whether through books, conversations, or the latest Coursera course I swore I’d finish.

  • After a few work experiences at the intersection of AI and Luxury Tech, I joined the first edition of LVMH’s SPRING Future Leaders Programme — an incredible opportunity that is equipping me with a 360° view of the luxury world.

    I worked on Blockchain and Innovation at LVMH Holding, Retail Excellence at Celine, Retail Team Management at Louis Vuitton Champs-Élysées and AI at LVMH.

    I love working transversally with teams to drive brand strategy and contribute to meaningful, long-term business results.

  • I love staying active — whether it’s tennis, running, or Pilates. I used to compete in show jumping, and even though I’ve left the stables behind, that drive and love for a bit of healthy competition are deeply rooted in my character.

    Traveling, reading and film photography are my favorite ways to disconnect and get inspired.

    I also love cooking for my friends — it’s my favorite excuse to bring people together!
